Jeffrey A. Manheimer has practiced personal injury 37law in all parts of the State of New York since he was admitted to the bar as an attorney in March 1975 through the present.

He first practiced as an attorney with the law firm of Brecher, Fishman, Pasternack, Popish, Heller, Rubin & Reiff, P.C. from August 1 1976 through December 31 2002. He was a partner in the negligence part of this 44 lawyer practice from August 1 1985 through December 31 2002.

He then was a partner in the firm of Manheimer & Charnas LLP with offices in New York City, Garden City and Boston, MA from January 1 2003 through October 19 2007 when he formed his current firm with offices in New York City and Long Island.

He has represented clients successfully during his 37 years in practice including many members of the building and construction trades in accidents occurring upon construction sites, those involved in all types of negligence claims and victims of medical errors and defective products.

He has appeared on television on numerous occasions having been interviewed on WABC television and WB11 along with the New York State Legislative television station in Albany, New York when he was interviewed by Assemblywoman Earlene Hooper Hill. He was recently interviewed on WABC television on two occasions in connection with the Deutsche Bank Building Fire where two heroic New York City Firefighters tragically lost their lives.

He has lectured frequently both in the United States and Europe to attorneys and labor unions on the practice of personal injury law and the rights of injured victims of negligence.

With his 33 years of experience in representing injured victims of negligence Jeffrey A. Manheimer has provided and continues to provide quality legal services to the victims of negligence and their families. He has pledged to continue to fight for the rights of accident victims to have full access to the Courts to obtain fair compensation for their injuries.
