All consultations are private and at no cost. A fee is only awarded if the case is brought to a successful conclusion by way of settlement or verdict.

Jeffery A. Manheimer Esq’s fees are charged under the rules of the courts of the State of New York and all legal costs are itemized along with a breakdown of legal fees at the conclusion of the case. All clients are provided with closing statements detailing all expenses and the legal fee and the original statements are filed with the New York State Office of Court Administration as required by the practice rules in New York.
